Welcome to Marking The Moves, an assessment tool for dance movement therapists, for the iPad, developed for Making Dance Matter by Advaita Digital Pty Ltd. This solution is developed for use in the Filemaker Go 14 (or later) iPad app which is available on the iOS App Store. The use of Filemaker Go 14 is subject to the license agreement contained therein.

By using Marking The Moves, you signify your agreement to all terms, conditions, and notices contained or referenced herein (“Terms of Use”). If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not proceed with the use of this app.

Marking The Moves reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, alter or otherwise update these Terms of Use at any time. By using this site, you agree to be bound by the modifications, alterations or updates. It is encouraged to visit this area frequently to stay informed.

Marking The Moves contains copyrighted material, trademarks and other proprietary information including, text, software, photos, video, graphics, music and sound. Making Dance Matter owns a copyright in the selection, coordination arrangement and enhancement of such content, as well as the content original to it. Each third-party content provider owns the copyright in content original to it. You may use Marking The Moves for your own personal, non-commercial use. Marking The Moves or any portion of Marking The Moves may not be modified, published, reproduced, duplicated, copied, uploaded, downloaded, posted, transmitted, sold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose that is not expressly permitted by Marking The Moves or expressly permitted under copyright law. In the event of any permitted copying, redistribution, or publication of copyrighted material, no changes in or deletion of author attribution, trademark legend or copyright notice shall be made. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading copyrighted material.

Online Store/Shop

PayPal hosts our ordering system and order data, and will collect order information during the process of fulfilling an order and supporting the shopping experience.

Security of Credit Card Information

All transactions are within the online store hosted by PayPal. Credit card details are never transferred to Making Dance Matter. Credit card data is not stored by Making Dance Matter.

You should be aware, however, that “perfect security” does not exist on the Internet; third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications.
